All exhibitors must register for a booth. Additional sponsorship options may also be added. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Exhibitor Packages
Mainline Booth - $4,000
- 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space with one (1) skirted table (6 ft.), two (2) chairs, waste receptacle
- Two (2) booth attendants (option to add up to two (2) additional booth attendants for a fee)
- Registration/Welcome Reception with all attendees (Sunday, August 23, 4 pm-8 pm)
- Two (2) days of exhibition (Monday, August 24 & Tuesday, August 25, 8 am-5 pm)
- Complimentary WiFi in meeting space (200 mbps). Augmented booth services are fee based: power, internet, cords, and other audiovisual equipment/services.
- Logo advertising and link to company website in Conference section of IACA website
- Logo advertising in revolving banner on Conference App
- Detailed product listing of company or product in Conference App
- Interactive map listing in Conference App
- One (1) push notification in Conference App
- Attendee list provided within two (2) weeks post-conference (registrants who opt-in to share information)
Highline Booth - $7,000
- 10 ft. x 20 ft. booth space with two (2) skirted tables (6 ft.), four (4) chairs, waste receptacle
- Four (4) booth attendants (option to add up to two (2) additional booth attendants for a fee)
- Registration/Welcome Reception with all attendees (Sunday, August 23, 4 pm-8 pm)
- Two (2) days of exhibition (Monday, August 24 & Tuesday, August 25, 8 am-5 pm)

Exhibitor booth attendants are not registered to attend conference learning sessions. A full conference registration must be purchased to attend classes. Details regarding the submission process for your booth attendant names will be distributed in July.
To support our conference room block commitment, exhibitors are expected to stay at the conference host hotel. If alternative lodging is chosen, a one time $100 administrative fee will be assessed. This policy helps meet contractual obligations with the host property. Hotel booking information will be sent to exhibitors in the registration confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund prior to and on May 21, 2026
- 50% refund between May 22 & July 6, 2026
- No refund on or after July 7, 2026
