Registration Costs

Conference Registration will be limited to 1000.

  • IACA Members:  $575.00
  • Non-Members:  $675.00
  • Full-Time Students: $250 (proof of full-time status required).  To qualify for the student rate, the registrant must:
    • Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student OR enrolled in a crime and intelligence certification program, with an accredited higher education institution.
    • Not be employed full-time as a crime or intelligence analyst or similar role with either a criminal justice agency or private entity.
    • Not be an IACA exhibitor.
    • Students must submit a copy of their current transcripts to the IACA Conference Registrar ([email protected]) and be approved, before registering, to receive the student rate.

To support our conference room block commitment, attendees whose employer/agency/school is located more than 60 miles from the conference location are expected to stay at the conference host hotel. If alternative lodging is chosen, a one time $100 administrative fee will be assessed to the registrant. This policy helps meet contractual obligations with the host property and keep overall registration costs as low as possible. 

Parking

Parking rate is discounted to $29 per day. This cost is assessed to the individual by the hotel at check-in.

Conference Events

Welcome Reception & Exhibitor Expo - Sunday, August 23, 4-8 pm

New this year, conference check-in and the welcome reception will be held on Sunday evening. Receive your credentials and network with other attendees. Exhibitors will be on site to showcase their products and answer your questions. RSVP with your registration to attend this free event.

Awards Ceremony & Luncheon - Tuesday, August 25

Winners of the annual awards and the analytical product contest will be announced during the luncheon. RSVP with your registration to attend this event at no cost. 

Schedule

Classes are held Monday-Friday. Sessions mostly occur 0800-1700 hours. Friday is a half-day.

Cancellation Policy 

All conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the IACA Conference Registrar at [email protected].  

  • Registrants who cancel on or prior to May 21, 2026, will receive a full refund if payment was made prior to that date.
  • Registrants who cancel between May 22 and July 6, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.  
  • Registrants who cancel on or after July 7, 2026 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $250 food/administrative fee.  
  • Registrants who pay registration fees and do not attend the conference and fail to notify the IACA Conference Registrar of their cancellation will not receive a refund.
  • Registrants who have not paid prior to the conference will be responsible for a $250 food/administrative fee if cancellation is not received by July 7, 2026.
  • If your registration fee has been paid, but you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person in your organization. All transfers/substitutions must be coordinated with the IACA Conference Registrar at [email protected]. Please notify as soon as you have determined that a substitution is required.
