If alternative lodging is chosen, a one time $100 administrative fee will be assessed to the registrant. This policy helps meet contractual obligations with the host property and keep overall registration costs as low as possible. Parking Parking rate is discounted to $29 per day. This cost is assessed to the individual by the hotel at check-in. Conference EventsWelcome Reception & Exhibitor Expo - Sunday, August 23, 4-8 pm New this year, conference check-in and the welcome reception will be held on Sunday evening. Receive your credentials and network with other attendees. Exhibitors will be on site to showcase their products and answer your questions. RSVP with your registration to attend this free event. Awards Ceremony & Luncheon - Tuesday, August 25 Winners of the annual awards and the analytical product contest will be announced during the luncheon. RSVP with your registration to attend this event at no cost. ScheduleClasses are held Monday-Friday. Sessions mostly occur 0800-1700 hours. Friday is a half-day.
