Intermediate English 12-Week Online Class
Power Class: Using Power Query and Power BI for Crime AnalysisThis 12-week online course introduces students to the foundational tools and techniques used in Microsoft Power Query and Power BI for crime analysis. As agencies increasingly rely on data-driven insights to inform operations and strategy, this course helps analysts develop the practical skills needed to extract, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources into meaningful analytical products. Throughout the course, students will learn how to clean and structure raw data using Power Query, build relationships and data models, and create interactive dashboards in Power BI that support decision-making. The lessons are designed to help analysts move beyond static reports by developing dynamic, accessible visualizations that communicate actionable insights to law enforcement stakeholders.
