What are important travel reminders?
The conference takes place at the Union Station Hotel located at 1820 Market St, Saint Louis, MO 63103. The overflow hotel is the Horseshoe. Make sure you confirm your hotel reservations before arriving.
Mandatory Hotel Fee/Holds
The Union Station Hotel requires a $75 per night hold for all room reservations at the time of check in. It is highly recommended to utilize a credit card, rather than a debit card, as these fees will be applied immediately and reimbursed at check out.
When do I check in?
Registration/check in will be open from 4 pm-8 pm on Sunday, August 23 during the Welcome Reception. Enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and drinks, visit with exhibitors and network with other conference attendees. Registration will also be open 8-9:30 am on Monday, August 24.
What is the dress code?
Business Casual. No shorts, flip flops, tank tops, etc. in the training rooms. Upon registration, you will be given a conference ID badge and lanyard to be worn while attending classes and any social events. Rooms are traditionally cold, so a jacket or sweater is recommended.
When are the opening ceremonies?
The opening ceremonies are on Monday, August 24 starting promptly at 9:30 AM.
What are the parking options?
Parking at the hotel is discounted to $29 per day. This cost is assessed to the individual by the hotel at check-in (must notify to receive exit vouchers). Entrances to the parking structure that can be accessed from Clark Avenue at either 18th Street or 20th Street. Valet service is also available for $45 per day (off Market Street at front of hotel).
Exhibitor Information
Please take time to visit each of our exhibitors. Their products and services are outstanding tools for your analysis and investigations. Exhibitors will be on-site Sunday through Tuesday.
Should you bring challenge coins and patches?
Yes, this is a great time to meet analysts from around the world. Use this opportunity to add to your collection and meet other analysts in the process.
Does IACA have a store?
The IACA store will be open throughout the week. Numerous items will be for sale including this year's challenge coin. Credit cards will be accepted.
