This presentation will walk through how to work with a unit to establish goals, identify outcomes, quantify outputs, and create systematic protocols for collecting data. Software will be reviewed; however, the presentation will cover how to leverage existing software regardless of analyst level. Common pitfalls will be covered as well as best practices. This presentation is most useful for departments with backend access to their data and those looking to automate their processes.
