The IACA invites you to participate in its first large-scale survey of its membership. We want to collect information on crime analysis – the who, what, when, where, why and how – to not only assess what we have now, but to consider the direction we, in our professional capacity, want to go and how we want to get there. IACA Training Series

The IACA is now offering the Professional Training Series. The first class was held 11/13-11/17 in Bothell, WA and was a great success. JJ Elliott of the Westminster (CO) Police Department had this to say about his IACA training class experience:

In February of 2007, I had the pleasure of attending the Fundamentals of Crime Analysis presented by International Association of Crime Analysis (IACA), which was held in Brighton, Colorado.  Susan Smith, Vice President of IACA and instructor, was a delight.  It was evident that Ms. Smith was an expert in the filed of Crime Analysis and was willing to share her knowledge.  I hope to attend future training classes offered by IACA.
